Before purchasing, please make sure that the installation location of the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II offers sufficient space.
You need a 230 V AC power supply for installation. A phase and a neutral conductor must be available. Furthermore, please ensure that you have a box depth of at least 50 mm, ideally 60 mm.

The economy changeover circuit only has one switched phase. Have your electrician check whether an extra cable can be pulled.

You can control as many lights as you like until the maximum switching capacity of 500W ohmic power is reached. With the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II, you also have the option of controlling two lights (i.e. two channels) to which several consumers are connected.

To extend the range of the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II, either bring the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II closer to the Bosch Smart Home controller or place a Bosch Smart Home plug compact halfway. This serves as a range extender.
Depending on whether the tilt angle of your slats is 90° or 180°, you have the option of tilting the slats accordingly with manual control via the Bosch Smart Home app.
To reset the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II to the factory settings, proceed as follows:
1) Press and hold the system button for approx. 4 seconds until the status LED flashes orange quickly.
2) Briefly release the system button and press again until the LED briefly lights up green.
3) The device will now restart. In the Bosch Smart Home app under "More" >> "Devices", you may need to delete the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II from the app.

When installed with the switch connected:
Press the switch 12 times in a maximum period of 10 seconds.
The device then restarts.

Check whether your Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II can still be controlled manually. If this is the case, remove the power cable from your controller and restart it. Please also check whether the range of your Smart Home controller is sufficient. If you have connection problems, you can use a Bosch Smart Home plug compact to extend the range. If the problem persists, reset the flush-mounted switch to the factory settings and integrate it again.
