You need the Bosch Smart Camera app. You can download this free of charge from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Minimum requirements for the respective operating system can be found under ourSystem requirements.

You can restore the delivery status of the device as follows:

Use a suitable object to press the reset button near the lower mood light for at least 8 seconds until the camera flashes red. The device will then restart. When resetting to factory settings, the device settings and all recordings still on the camera will be deleted. The login information for your Bosch account in the app is retained.
