You can restore the delivery status of the device as follows:

In order to function reliably, the Eyes outdoor camera II requires a stable and sufficiently strong WiFi connection. It is best to check the signal strength before installing your camera using your smartphone. To do this, go to the location where you want to install your Eyes outdoor camera II and check the Wi-Fi signal strength displayed on the end device. You will usually see 3 bars on the end device. Two to three bars, for example, represent sufficient signal strength, anything less may be too weak. If this is the case, you can also boost your Wi-Fi signal using a commercially available Wi-Fi repeater.

With the "Black out areas" function, which you can find in the settings of your Eyes outdoor camera II, you can black out areas in the image of your outdoor camera.
To do this, click on "Add blackened area" and adjust the black area that then appears in the image to the desired area by moving and adjusting it accordingly by moving the 8x corner points of the area.
