How can I cancel my Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
How to cancel your Cloud+ subscription on iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap on the corresponding subscription (Cloud+).
- Tap on "Cancel subscription". You may have to scroll down to find the "Cancel subscription" button. If no cancel button is displayed or you see an expiry notice in red, the subscription has already been canceled.
How to cancel your Cloud+ subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap on your profile picture.
- Tap on "Payments and subscriptions".
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Tap on Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Can I transfer my Cloud+ subscription to another SingleKey ID (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
Yes, you need to log out of the Bosch Smart Camera app with your current SingleKey ID. Then log in again with the other SingleKey ID and then restore the Cloud+ subscription.
Note:As a result, the subscription is removed from the previous SingleKey ID.
What does the Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II) include?
The Cloud+ subscription includes an extended cloud storage space of up to 400 events for 30 days for each of your Bosch Smart Home cameras. Furthermore, the recording duration can be individually increased to up to 60 seconds.
Is there a free trial period for the Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
The Cloud+ subscription can be used free of charge for 14 days.

You can easily take out the Cloud+ subscription in the Bosch Smart Camera app under Settings - Cloud+.
What is the minimum term of the Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
When taking out a Cloud+ subscription on a monthly basis, the minimum contract term is 1 month. The subscription is automatically renewed until you cancel it. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, you will be billed at the start of the new billing period. In Germany, you have the right to cancel a subscription with immediate effect and receive a pro-rata refund at any time.
In which countries is the Cloud+ subscription available (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
The Cloud+ subscription is available in all countries where Bosch Smart Home cameras are sold by Bosch or official retail partners.
What is the pricing model for the Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
The Cloud+ subscription can be taken out monthly or annually (at a reduced price). Please refer to the Bosch Smart Camera app for the exact price.
How is the Cloud+ subscription (subscription) billed?
Payments are processed via the respective Apple or Google app store. The payment method you enter here (e.g. credit card) will then be used for the monthly or annual charge.
Where can I check the status and renewal date of my Cloud+ subscription (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
How to check your Cloud+ subscription on iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions". Here you can now view the status (active, deactivated) of your subscription.

What happens to my Cloud+ subscription when I change my mobile device (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
In this case, your Cloud+ subscription will remain valid. All you have to do is log in on your new mobile device with the same SingleKey ID you used to link your Bosch Smart Home cameras and continue to enjoy the benefits of Cloud+.
Can I share my Cloud+ subscription with other people (subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
The Cloud+ subscription can be shared with other people as long as they are also logged into the Bosch Camera App with the same SingleKey ID.
How can I change my Cloud+ subscription (e.g. change from a monthly to an annual subscription, subscription, Eyes indoor camera II, Eyes outdoor camera II)?
How to convert your Cloud+ subscription for iOS:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap on the corresponding subscription (Cloud+).
- Tap on "Show all subscriptions". You can now change your subscription here.
How to convert your Cloud+ subscription for Android:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap on your profile picture.
- Tap on "Payments and subscriptions".
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Select the subscription you wish to change.
- Tap on "Cancel subscription".
- Follow the instructions.
- Now wait for the remaining term of your canceled Cloud+ subscription to expire. You can then subscribe to Cloud+ again for the term of your choice.
