NEW FUNCTIONS

• Help Connect: The new 24/7 emergency call service
  The new emergency call service from our partner Help Connect will make your smart home even safer. In case of fire, break-in or water alarm, an emergency call to a Help Connect colleague is made automatically. They coordinate the situation with you, your saved emergency contacts or directly with the fire brigade or police. This means that there's someone there for your home 24/7 – even if you can't be reached. (Only for Germany)

  • Light control unit : Can now be used as a condition AND/OR in an automation to trigger an action IF the status of the light is on or off – just as you like.
  • Philips Hue : Integrated smart lamps from Philips Hue can now be used as a trigger for an automation.

IMPROVEMENTS / BUG FIXES

• New firmware (v1.8.22) for “in-wall shutter control unit”.
• Various iOS and Android crashes have been rectified.
• Update of various open source libraries.

• The Terms of Use were updated. (Only for Germany)
• The Privacy Statement was updated.
• Some functions and certain improvements and bug fixes are only available once the controller update and app update have been installed.

Smart Home controller

The following versions of the Smart Home controller are issued:

Notes on availability:

• The update for the Smart Home controller will be issued from 21 February 2022 .
• The update for the Smart Home controller is expected to be available to all customers from 22 February 2022 .

Smart Home android app

The following version of the Smart Home android app is issued:

• 10.6.2356

Notes on availability:

• The update for the android Smart Home app is expected to be issued from 02 March 2022 .
• The update for the android Smart Home app is expected to be issued to all customers from 08 March 2022 .

Smart Home iOS app

The following version of the Smart Home iOS app is issued:

• 10.6.0 (9080)

Notes on availability:

• The update for the iOS Smart Home app is expected to be issued from 02 March 2022 as an automatic app update.
• The update for the iOS Smart Home app is expected to be issued to all customers from 02 March 2022 as a manual update.
• The update for the iOS Smart Home app will be available to all customers from 08 March 2022 as an automatic app update.
