The unobtrusive Smart Home switches can be used for up to four functions of your choice. You can even carry the Universal Switch Flex with you from room to room – so your smart switch is always to hand around the house.
Control four different functions without a smartphone
Operate your smart home even without a smartphone with the Universal Switch. Assign up to four functions to the buttons on your switch – very simply via the Bosch Smart Home app. You can thus control individual devices or trigger scenarios.
Trigger scenarios quickly and easily
Assign the buttons on your Universal Switch or Universal Switch Flex just how you need them. You can trigger the desired process very easily by pressing the button up or down for a long or short press.
Wireless devices thanks to radio and battery
The Universal Switch is attached to the wall as a wireless control element. All signals are transmitted wirelessly. You can thus control your smart home very simply and with no installation. The portable Universal Switch Flex can also be used regardless of which room.

How it works
Coming home at the press of a button
The “Coming home” scenario is triggered on the Universal Switch at the press of a button. The alarm system is switched off, the radiator thermostats set the temperature to 21 degrees and the warm light in the living room invites you to relax. If this application is used frequently, then the Smart Home switch is best installed right next to the front door.
Good night: enjoy more smartphone-free time
You are already lying in bed and enjoying your smartphone-free time. Trigger your “Good night scenario” with just the press of a button on your Universal Switch Flex: the blinds come down and all lights in the house, as well as devices connected via the Smart Plug, switch off – all without you having to reach for your smartphone once.
Activating the alarm system – quick and easy
In a hurry? Trigger the “Leaving the house” scenario with just one press of a button on your smart switch and turn your alarm system on. You can thus leave the house feeling good and knowing that it is perfectly protected.
A smart start to the day – entirely without a smartphone
Have you only just woken up? Thanks to the “Good morning scenario”, the first tasks of the day take care of themselves: you can raise the blinds, turn on the lights and power up your coffee machine by pressing just one button on your Universal Switch or Universal Switch Flex. You thus get a relaxed start to the day without having to immediately pick up your smartphone.
